Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At ANC Global, we aim to provide high-quality HR consultancy services to all our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy outlines the eligibility criteria and procedures for requesting a refund.

2. Service Agreement

Refunds will be considered based on the terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement. The specific terms, including scope of services, fees, and refund eligibility, will be detailed in the service agreement provided to the client.

3. Circumstances for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in the service agreement.

  • Cancellation: If the client cancels the consultancy services as per the agreed-upon terms in the service agreement.

4. Refund Policy for Workshops:

  1. Cancellation by Workshop Attendees:

    • Full Refund: If a registered attendee cancels their workshop registration within 14 days of the workshop, they will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Partial Refund: After the specified cancellation period, a partial refund of 50% may be provided for cancellations made up to a certain date before the workshop.

  2. Workshop Rescheduling or Cancellation:

    • Full Refund: If the workshop organizer reschedules or cancels the workshop for any reason, registered attendees are entitled to a full refund of their registration fee.

  3. Participant Substitution:

    • In cases where a registered participant cannot attend the workshop, they may request a substitution with another person from the same organization at no additional cost. No refund is issued in this scenario.

  4. Non-Attendance or No-Show:

    • No refunds are provided to registered attendees who do not attend the workshop (no-shows) without prior cancellation.

  5. Workshop Quality or Satisfaction:

    • Attendees who are not satisfied with the quality, content, or delivery of the workshop may request a refund, subject to the workshop organizer’s assessment of their concerns.

  6. Force Majeure Events:

    • If a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster or government directive, prevents the workshop from taking place, registered attendees may be eligible for a refund or rescheduled workshop, as determined by the workshop organizer.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@asmaranomaniconsultancy.com to initiate the refund request.

  • Provide detailed information on the reason for the refund request, including relevant documentation if applicable.

6. Refund Evaluation

Once we receive a refund request, we will evaluate it based on the circumstances outlined in the service agreement.

  • If the request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund according to the agreed-upon terms.

  • If the request does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will provide a written explanation for the denial.

7. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Deductions

In some cases, we may deduct a reasonable administrative fee or expenses incurred during the provision of services from the refund amount.
