At its core, the MMW program is designed to provide women in middle management with the skills, tools, and support they need to succeed in their roles and advance their careers. We understand that middle management can be a challenging and demanding place for women considering you have top management to manage, then yourown teams/subordinates and cross funtctional teams, hence we have developed a program that is designed to help them navigate the challenges of the workplace and develop the skills they need to excel.
One of the key features of the MMW program is our women-only leadership and capability workshops. These workshops are designed to provide women with the opportunity to build their leadership skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. Led by experienced and highly skilled coaches, these workshops cover a range of topics, including communication, influence, and conflict resolution, as well as more technical skills like financial management and data analysis.
In addition to our workshops, we offer NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Boot Camps. NLP is a powerful tool for personal and professional development, and our Boot Camps are designed to help women develop the skills they need to excel in their roles. Led by experienced NLP practitioners, these Boot Camps provide women with the opportunity to develop their communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
MMW program also offers off-site international excursions for experiential learning and exposure to advanced markets and international thought leaders. These excursions are designed to help women develop their cultural intelligence and gain a better understanding of how business is conducted in different parts of the world. By immersing themselves in new and unfamiliar environments, women in the MMW program can develop their adaptability and resilience, and learn how to navigate new and challenging situations.
Another key feature of the MMW program is our conflict and cross-team management tools. We understand that women in middle management often face complex and challenging interpersonal dynamics, and that’s why we have developed a range of tools to help them navigate these situations with confidence and skill. These tools are designed to help women manage conflict, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with their colleagues.
We also offer exercise and business resolution workshops, which are designed to help women manage their personal and professional lives with greater ease and balance. These workshops cover a range of topics, including time management, stress reduction, and work-life balance, and are designed to help women achieve their goals while maintaining their health and well-being.
Finally, we offer a special offering of one-on-one coaching sessions with our founder. Our founder who is an experienced corporate Global leader, Hogan,ICF certified executive coach, and mentor, with a wealth of experience in helping women develop their leadership skills and advance their careers. These coaching sessions are designed to provide women with individualized support and guidance and to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.
